PaisaJi collects personal and business information strictly necessary to deliver supported digital services, mobile recharges, utility bill fetching, API access, and credit discovery tools. Information collected includes:
- Personal Identifiers: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number.
- Utility & Service Details: Consumer numbers, biller IDs, prepaid mobile numbers.
- Credit Discovery Preferences: Required loan amounts, preferred tenures, self-declared income brackets.
- Device & Usage Logs: IP address, device model, operating system, and browser telemetry.
2. Consent-Based Data Sharing
PaisaJi operates on a strict consent-first principle. User information is shared with authorized participating regulated banks, NBFCs, Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS) operating units, or payment aggregators only when you explicitly grant consent through the application.
3. Data Security & Storage
All data transmitted across PaisaJi services is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS 1.3 encryption and stored using standard AES-256 encryption protocols.
4. User Data Rights & Permanent Account Deletion
In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and Google Play User Data policies, users can unconditionally request the deletion of their PaisaJi account and all associated personal records.
How to Request Account & Data Deletion:
- Send an email to our Data Protection Officer at privacy@paisaji.com.
- Use the subject line: Account and Data Deletion Request - PaisaJi.
- Include your registered mobile number and account name for verification.
- Upon identity confirmation, non-mandatory personal data is irreversibly purged within 30 business days. Statutory transaction and GST audit records are archived for the mandatory 5-year period under Indian law.
